Since I turned 50, I've had occassional trouble digesting some "foods" like white four, dairy, refined sugar, fast food, and even some expensive resturaunt foods as well. I Take a 250mg charcoal pill one time for extreme gas, bloating and acid indigestion when needed and within 1/2 hour, all symptoms disapear. I also have changed my diet to eliminate most of the offending "foods" and this has help...

I have suffered for yrs. Walking has in the past always helped control it but lately was getting worse, even while still exercising. Purchased this on whim. Have tried all kinds of methods some from physician and always same affects. Gas would travel. And yes I know that sounds strange but it did. To my legs. Horrible leg pain, only relief??? Walking! Had to keep moving. Took me a few x's to figure this out. I've had friends who also suffered like this, one would have shoulder pain, another was constantly being treated for chest pain. And all due to gas moving after taking some type of gas reducer. Until I purchased Activated Charcoal Capsules. I take one in morning with a lot of cold water, and again at night before bed. Eat a little with them as well. I take supplements that require food, I keep Charcoal Cap dosages seperate from Supp dosages by a few hours. Charcoal can reduce potency of yur good medicine. So far I'm having none of the usual adverse side effects. I try to eat right, smaller meals, no heavy carbs, etc... I have always had stomach issues, recently went Keto, and now I just stay low carb. I still, do not eat potatoes. Bread or pasta either unless they are Keto products. I also am huge water drinker. I hope this helps others.Read More Read Less

Ate some bad Chinese food. I had bad cramping, vomiting, diarrhea, cold sweat and hot flashes. Mixed with warm water, vomited again. Felt much better, like nothing even happened. Completely satisfied.

Helped me with reducing bloating and stomach pain from an accidental gluten exposure. I keep it in my purse at all times now. Downside is it helped somewhat by allowing me to burp up the gas. I could visually see my bloating reduce within 30 minutes/ an hour, still had an upset stomach but it definitely helped. Downside it did come out the ¢other end¢ black! For that reason I wouldn¢t take this everyday.

I have regular bloating and flatulence problems, but was taking the charcoal for another reason for a 3-week period. It did not help with the gas problem, no noticeable change whatever.

I take two capsules in the morning before I eat and my bloating went away. I would get bloated almost after anything I ate.

I have severe stress and anxiety, which would cause ulcers and gas to build up in my chest, which was painful and made it hurt to breathe. After a few days, Charcoal provides relief for when this occurs - otherwise it can seem to go on indefinitely.

I had a bad Flatulence problem as I brew all my own beer and the yeast would cause Boucoups Bad gas. I searched for a solution beside abstinence and found it with activated charcoal, but it does bind you up a bit and your poops are black

I had one inch cut on my left hand in the middle finger. The accident happened at 10:00 am on 01/08/2016. Blood was coming out fast but I put a temporary bandaid to stop the blood. When I got home in the afternoon my wife immediately applied an activated charcoal capsules. She opened the capsule and pour the charcoal powder into my finger and put a small piece of bandage. The following day the paid is gone and the wound has dried up and the 2nd day the I had to take the bandage out and the wound has 80 percent healed already. Now it's completely healed that's why I was able to type this review.Read More Read Less
